Pool & Hot Tub News for Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Boerne & Surrounding Hill Country Areas
This service call was saying there was something wrong with the pump, this spa is a Canadian exclusive brand and the owner was worried it was an expensive repair. The shaft rod on the pump was seized up and needed to be broken free. After getting it spinning we gave the spa a once over and helped the owner balance the water. Her problem with calcium turned out to be her test strips were reading wrong and saying the ph was too low and so they kept adding ph increaser when they didn’t need to. If you need help balancing water bring us a sample and we can print up some instructions for you. #spaservice #hottubrepair #candianhottub #fredericksburgtx
Here is a recent install, a beautiful Hotspot Relay we delivered out to RockSprings Texas. This spa is a solid hot tub with 2 pumps, a circulation pump and a no fault heater. Seating for 5 to 6 and pictured here with a Cover Cradle lift system and a set of free stairs. These hot tubs are some of the best ones on the market because it’s got loads of equipment and seating and is very reasonably priced. Best of all I don’t have to do a lot of service on these. #rockspringstx #kerrville #hotspotrelay #amazingview

Here is a recent service call, this Jacuzzi J-315 had an issue with an open flow error on the keypad. Normally we ask the customer to try the filter trick but it didn’t clear out. Turned out that the circulation pumps shaft rod calcified and couldn’t turn anymore. I even tried spinning the shaft manually to break it free and it was too far gone. So one new pump later and everything was working like it should. This spa is tucked away inside the greenhouse so it doesn’t require a high heat in the tub because the room is already humid. #jacuzzi #kerrville #sparepair #humid
Today’s service call was this Jacuzzi Soul that was having an issue with no lighting. After opening the front panel we found the LED light pak developed a bubble which must have been a power surge. The bubble is something not right going on and after changing that the lights started working again. While in there we found a leak from the ozonator. The two devices are not near each other so they couldn’t be responsible for the other. The light ozonator leak must have been running down the side of itself and caused the device to burn a hole and become non functional. Both devices changed and the spa seems to be running great. This truly is for the grandkids because it’s loaded with toys. #jacuzzisoul #kerrville #hottubrepair #slowdaysforthesoul
Here’s another recent delivery, a Freeflow Azure that may have been delivered on the hottest day in the history of mankind. This is the new line from Watkins Wellness we are carrying and this is a very well built hot tub. These are made from roto molded plastic which means they are light enough to move around when it’s empty in the event you want it facing a new direction. Equipped with a 2 speed pump and holding around 235 gallons and seating for 3 this spa really can be for alone time or have a guest come over and share. The keypad has simple to use controls and minimal led lighting as to not distract you from the stars at night. Pictured here with an under style cover lifter and a set of matching roto molded steps. #freeflowazure #kerrville #watkinswellness #ʜᴏᴛʜᴏᴛʜᴏᴛ
Here is a recent delivery, technically a second delivery, to a customer out in Mason. We delivered a Hotspring Jetsetter in 2023 to this residence and it worked fine for the entire time until he had a leak. After many hours of searching one of us found the problem, the floor developed a crack. Since it was under warranty the recommended course of action was replace the entire hot tub. Hotspring sent one to us and we replaced the entire spa. This is not a normal situation because spa shells don’t just crack stepping into them. In the almost 9 years I have never replaced an entire spa under warranty, that speaks to the craftsmanship of the equipment but also the character of the manufacturer that they are willing to do this. The only thing we had to do was destroy the previous spa so it couldn’t be refurbished. This is another reason to shop at a dealer instead of online, dealers can fix things under warranty and when you buy online it is what it is. #kerrville #masontx #hotspringjetsetter #hotspring_spas
Here is a recent delivery, a Hotspring Aria that we dropped off in Fredericksburg Texas. These folks already had a pool to swim in but they decided they wanted a hot tub as well. This is a phenomenal spa using a single speed and a two speed pump, a circulation pump just for the no fault heater and if you so desire it is capable of using a salt water sanitization system. Seen here with a Cover Cradle system and a set of steps.
