Recent delivery, this spa on the second floor was having problems that the owner said were numerous so he opted for a replacement. We had to take the previous spa down and then bring the new one up and the spa our customer went with was the new Freeflow Aptos. This is a 13 jet 4 person tub using a 2 speed pump and looking oh so clean with minimal LED lights. Technically it wasn’t even the second floor because it’s a raised house on beams so it was the first floor. #freeflow #kerrville #longworkdays

Recent delivery, this Hotspot Flair was delivered to Del Rio and it took longer to get there than it did to unload it. This spa uses 2 pumps, a single speed and a two speed and a circulation pump. With a decent amount of LED lights to set the mood and plenty of seating for guest this tub will definitely be a party favorite. Since it’s under a covering theres no worry of hail damage so there shouldn’t be a big need for a replacement. Yesterdays service was a tough one, we lost a good tub. The downside of building rooms around hot tubs is when you sell your home and the new owner doesn’t want it you only have one option. The is a Jacuzzi J-345 that was around 13 years old and with zero problems. The spa had to be jog sawed in half and taken out in sections because the doors weren’t big enough to fit through. Some of the parts were taken out because they can be reused when another tub the same age has a problem. More service goodness. These two spas belong to a rental resort property. The first one keeps having a flow issue. Almost all flow issues are dirty filters. As soon as I took out the filter the error went away. The second spa is tripping the breaker on power up which means something electrical is wet. After examining the spa I found it had a blower so I unplugged it and it stopped tripping the breaker. Easy enough repair and a blower isn’t absolutely necessary because it still has its pumps and lights and heat. And it’s on to the next head scratcher. If you having an issue you can schedule or service call or call us at the store and I can’t possibly walk you through some things to check on your own.
